Spring Hill Hydro Jetting serves houses across Spring Hill and the rest of Hernando County, with a few stops over the Pasco line. Tim owns it and works as lead technician. The business runs under the H.I.P. Home Service & Drain name, and the logo on the vans carries an “est. 2013” mark.
The scope is deliberately narrow. We clean drain and sewer pipe, look inside it with a camera, cut roots and snake the ordinary clogs. Nothing we do involves a trench, and when a job needs one, we hand it to a plumber or repair contractor.
The Septic Question Comes First
Spring Hill mixes two kinds of system. The county utility director has counted more than 30,000 septic tanks in the area, while the county’s sewer service map takes in newer communities such as Silverthorn and Sterling Hill. So the first thing we ask is what your house drains into.
On a septic house we work on the line between the house and the tank, and we never jet the drainfield. On county sewer we work out to the street connection. Our septic or sewer guide explains how to tell which you have.
What Rides on the Truck
A hydro jetter on a hose reel scours grease, scale and silt off the pipe wall. Nozzles screw onto the hose: a forward-facing head to open a blocked line, a rotating head for the wall and a cutting head when the camera shows roots. A sewer camera on a push cable and a handheld monitor show the inside of the pipe. Cable machines and hand augers handle sinks, tubs, toilets and floor drains.
We do not advertise a pressure figure, because the right setting depends on the pipe. The jetting versus chemical cleaners guide shows why a stronger blast is not automatically a better one.
How We Work
- The price comes first. Estimates are free, written down and honored for 30 days.
- We beat any written quote from a licensed competitor.
- Camera before pressure whenever the pipe age or material is unknown.
- Same-day visits when the schedule allows, and emergency calls around the clock.
- A 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is wrong when we leave, we return.
- Honest limits. Jetting will not repair a cracked pipe, stop roots regrowing or promise a line never clogs again.
Where the Crew Works
Most calls come from Spring Hill itself, including the 55+ community of Timber Pines. The truck also runs north to Brooksville and west to Weeki Wachee. The full list is on the service area page, and prices are posted in the cost guide.

Call or text and ask. We would sooner explain the method than have you guess at it.

It changes the job. On a septic house we work on the line between the house and the tank. On county sewer we work out to the street connection. Knowing which one you have lets us price the visit and bring the right gear.
No. Pumping, tank repair and drainfield work belong to a licensed septic contractor, and permits run through the health department. We clear and camera-inspect the pipes that lead to the tank and will say plainly when the problem sits past that point.
No. If the camera shows brittle, cracked, offset or collapsed pipe, we stop and explain. Cable work or a repair contractor may be the better answer, and you keep the footage to show anyone you like.
Yes, licensed and insured in Florida. If a landlord, HOA or insurer wants paperwork for a specific job, mention it when you call and we will sort out what they need.
